    Could've prolly do a bit more with some cheering but on a regular gym this was as good as I got. :-)

    8 rounds with 45 k OH squat. Had a minute left but couldn't squeeze in another round!!

  3. Forgot to add: in addition to 8 rounds I managed the OH squats and 2 burpees. So Craig, you made my day! :-D
