Do I have to be a fighter to do your classes? 

No, anyone can do the classes as the scaling is universal to your ability.

How long are your classes?

The WOD (workout out of the day) will depend on the class chosen but will be no longer than an hour. Any left over time will be a perfect chance to ask any more questions you may have.

I have a bad back, can I still join in your classes?

During your fundamentals training, your coach will help and work with you to improve mobility and strength of core muscle to enable you to join in classes. Due to the nature of the scaling options, we can scale down your loads to help ease you into the sessions.

How long before I notice a difference ?

Depending on what your goals are and how committed you are will determine how quick you see results. Many of my clients have seen massive changes with in a few months. These changes being up to 2 stone in weight loss or a dropped dress size, whilst others have seen an increase in strength.
