Getting started

Primal strength and conditioning is a Functional Training Facility. Unlike most gyms, we require that there is a coach present at all times. We believe that quality coaching accelerates your results and prevents you from getting injured. We offer private and scheduled group training. Our classes run 6 days a week and private and special groups can be arranged.


Bookings are required 

Before joining classes you must complete one of the options below
These sessions are used to familiarise you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in are training. You may then continue on with group classes or personal training. 

Group Fundamental £45
3 group coaching sessions. These sessions are used to familiarise you with the equipment, movements, and stimulus we use. Contact Martyn to discuss when the next Group Fundamentals will be running

Fast-Track - £60
2 one-on-one Fast-Track Fundamental Coaching Sessions, introducing you to equipment and movements. This can be booked at your convenience.
           
Skills Test - £30
Call a coach and set up an assessment. You will work with a trainer for 60-90 minutes and decide on the best way to get started.
