A) Mobility - shoulders 

B) OH Squat and muscle up prep 

C) Games wod 11.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats 55kg
10 Muscle-ups

D) 2 mins Wipers

    40 bar-facing burpees
    30 ohs 20kg
    10 muscle ups scaled down

    Managed one round and 25 burpees.

    What are wipers? o_O
